In doing so, she is active in the areas of Tax as well as Legal & Compliance, in charge of Board of Directors mandates and personnel succession plans. Fabienne Sonderegger holds a Bachelor of Law HSG as well as a Master of Law UZH, and has several years of experience in the field of consulting in a Big Four company with a particular focus on good Corporate Governance and the topic of ethics and integrity in the workplace. She is a member of swissVR, Ethics and Compliance Switzerland, Transparency International Switzerland, and the PwC NextGen & YoungLeaders Club, and continues to be engaged in the board of the two family businesses.
